The iconic Hudson Common space has been brilliantly reinvented for the launch of Umami’s flagship location. Umami brings a unique vision to Hudson Common, retaining Phillipe Starck’s original bold features while elevating the culinary experience. Say hello to a flavor that’s anything but typical. Beyond the basic sweet, sour, salty and bitter tastes, Umami makes food craveable and delicious.

The menu focuses on gourmet burgers and fries, prepared with the highest quality ingredients and carefully honed recipes. Hudson will feature Umami’s first breakfast burgers, as well as signature cocktails, a full bar and Coolhaus ice cream sandwiches. We can’t wait to meat you.

In the heart of Hudson’s elevated lobby is an enchanting Private Park with an inspired assortment of antique and modern garden furniture. Outfitted with a glass roof, this 1200 square foot space is Hudson’s own microcosm of Central Park.

This season, Private Park introduces a summer with Veuve Clicquot. Weekday service will be available from 4PM – 9:30PM and weekend hours will extend from 12PM – 8PM.

The cocktail menu will feature the finest rosé and champagne by the glass and bottle, with a selection of refreshing summer cocktails.

New York’s best-kept secret, Sky Terrace rooftop bar at Hudson New York is an outdoor rooftop oasis on the hotel’s 15th floor.

While soaking up the sun, guests can cool off with one of ten specialty sangrias including Red and White Wine, French Rosé, Pear-Limoncello and Kaffir Lime-Sake.

Sky Terrace is the perfect city retreat for open-air lounging with unobstructed views of the Hudson River all the way to the Statue of Liberty.

Reminiscent of an old English club or drawing room, Library Bar at Hudson New York is the perfect cozy hangout for relaxing by the enormous fireplace, chatting and drinking with friends, shooting billiards, playing a computer game, or reading a book from its extensive collection, including topics ranging from film, theater, fashion and art, to travel and politics.

An artful blend of old and new, Library Bar features an antique billiards table, classic English leather sofas and wing chairs, and antique area rugs.

Reigniting its status as a top destination in Manhattan, The Jalisco-inspired lounge is the quintessential hotspot for New Yorkers and global travelers alike. Tucked away discreetly off the Hudson lobby, the new Hudson Bar represents the hotel’s next phase of innovative design. The completely transformed space transports guests to the famed blue agave fields of Jalisco.
In partnership with some of the most elite spirit brands in the market, Hudson Bar will feature a thoughtfully curated list of unique tequilas and a menu of creative tequila-inspired craft cocktails.
